Took 1 hr 27 mins on hold before any one answers and then they have the gall to say I should ask the sender in China to open an enquiry with DHL China , even though DHL system has picked the parcel up and shows it has cleared customs in Cincinnati. Wouldnt it be easier for DHL system to conduct fact findings
