Shame on Amcrest

I bought a defective camera from Amcrest Corporation back in early December. I jumped through all the hoops they told me to in order to get a replacement. After several weeks of hearing nothing about the replacement, I contacted Amcrest and Fed Ex. Fed Ex said Amcrest would have to file a claim since the package had been missing more than 2 weeks. Amcrest said they could not file a claim because they did not generate a tracking number nor an account. I sent them a copy of the shipping label they sent me showing their tracking number and, therefore ,proving they DID have an account for it. They then responded by saying that Fed Ex would just say they had not received the camera and would, therefore not honor the claim. I went to the Fed Ex facility and the clerk said she remembered me dropping it off. It is obvious Amcrest had no intention of following through with the claim. I guess it was too much bother.
