I strongly urge you not to deal with Frye online. Below is a time line of my current dealings with them. I'm yet to resolve my terrible experience I'm having with your company & am fed up chasing you. Will a supervisor or manager please contact me regarding the below please - 3rd October 2018 - I place & pay for an order with you (you debit my credit card) 4th October 2018 - I receive an email from you congratulating me that you are pleased to inform me that my order has been successful. If I don't not receive shipping information after 5 working day I am to contact you. 10th October 2018 - After not receiving a shipping information email or hearing nothing from your company, I chase my order as advised on the confirmation of order email your company sent me on 4th October 2018. 12th October 2018 - I receive an email from R-Dheleene telling me the items I have ordered & paid for (you have had receipt of my money for 8 days now) is now out of stock. You will refund me at some point & you apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused me??! 12th October 2018 - I reply asking to speak to a supervisor as your companies actions are unacceptable. My order was for a birthday gift so it is a massive inconvenience. 16th October 2018 - Another email from R-Dheleene again apologising & offering me a 10% discount of my next order??! 16th October 2018 - Again I reply asking to speak to a supervisor. 18th October 2018 - Another email from someone in your customer services department (the email was not signed by its sender) apologising again & saying I will be contacted within 24-48 hours. 24th October 2018 - After having no contact again with your company I find myself emailing you again. I have still not received a refund for my payment your company took from me 3rd October 2018 or received any communication from a supervisor which I initially requested 12th October 2018. 25th October 2018 - I receive an email from Carla in Customer services again apologising & telling me I will receive contact from a superisor. 29th October 2018 - I email Carla @ Frye again chasing them. As yet I have had no contact from a supervisor, no confirmation of a refund (my credit card statement shows no monies have been refunded).
