Shady Rottweiler breeder

In June 2013 I got a Rottweiler puppy from Guardian Rottweilers in Bargersville Indiana. I paid $1500 for her. she was sold to us as a pet quality dog. I did a little research before I purchased her and because the breeder seemed to know so much about the breed and have such a passion for the breed, and compared to other breeders, Guardian Rottweilers seemed to be the best way to go. Boy was I wrong! The website was where it all stopped. First of all, when my fiance and I went to pick up our puppy after we had already paid a $500 deposit, Alice who runs Guardian Rottweilers was supposed to be meeting us at her place so that we could pick our puppy up. However, she had left to go get mulch for her house and left her 12-year-old daughter to collect $1,000 from us and hand over the puppy! We had questions that she could not answer. This was very unprofessional to me and showed lack of passion that she pretends to have on her website as she was not there to see the puppy off and make sure its new owner was comfortable and had all their questions answered. Then a week into having our new bundle of joy home, she develops puppy vaginitis! What the heck??! I've never had this happen to a dog and I've had many. She has had other health problems also, like her back legs hurt when she stands up, I'm praying to God it is not hip dysplasia. Now our puppy is 8 months old and her ears wont even lay right, even with taping. They sit like a pit bulls ears. (They stick up.) Also Alice told us that the registration papers would come with our new puppy and was included in the price. Come to find out, we have to pay extra to have her registered to us. All the while, I'm communicating with Alice about my concerns and she is very rude and combative with me in every email. And takes no responsibility for any wrong doing, instead just argues every point. She claims to have the best bred champion bloodline Rottweilers, but produces puppies with loads of health problems. Stay away from Guardian Rottweilers if you want a quality dog. You'll be better off going to an backyard breeder, and you'll save a lot of money!
