On Oct 5th 2020 I scheduled a reservation for a mid size SUV for 1 week in Denver Colorado. At the time I booked it using my points savings. It was enough for about 5 of the 7 days. This evening, 11,15,2020 I tried to use the app to see if I could add additional points that I acquired since then to further reduce the cost. Some how it rebooked my reservation not allowing me to use any points. I called customer service and they said there is absolutely nothing they can do. They don't have access. I told them this was ridiculous not only did they remove my points but charged me a higher rate. I tried to rebook but conveniently there are no more SUVs available and everything is costing more points than a month ago. I rent from enterprise about twice a month. I am done. This reminds me of a loan store scheme. Borrow 500.00 and end up paying back 3500.00. I am not asking for anything extra. Their app did not do what I needed and they charged me more. I was just trying to redeem the points system they used to get me to rent with them. I wasn't asking for anything that I did not earn. I will be hard pressed to use them again.
