Severe brain damage with TDS

I have been trying to fix a very simple problem to my voicemail. I have spent 2 months trying to get hold of someone to activate it. That includes 4 hours and 56 minutes on hold, 5 different "repair" agents (one told me to get one of those boxes, an answering machine). I took 4 trips to the local sales office, the last trip I sat in the lobby for an hour and fifteen minutes waiting until someone answered the service call. If you like brain damage for goodness sakes, sign up with TDS. Each rep I talked with, 2 in Jamaica, 1 in Wisconsin, 1 in Oregon, and 1 in Tennessee had NO idea of what to do. I take that back the last gentleman in Tennessee finally got it working. I was transferred to different depts. I was told to contact sales, billing, level 1, level 2, and finally to TV repair. Again this was for voicemail on my telephone. This company needs a very serious over hall, I feel sorry for the people that work, It is evident there is no training and not enough employees to handle the work load.
