I have been trying for days to contact your customer service by telephone. No one answers after being left on hold for over an hour. All I want to let you know is that the lady's underwear (3 pairs) were not in the package delivered although it said they were on the packing slip. I hope someone responds to this. User's recommendation: Good luck getting a live person if you call their 800#.
