Someone from the Richmond Hill store call me on Friday to set up an appt to get my winter tires install, told me it would $ 12.50 a tire , I told him that I would have to speak to my wife so I can co-ordinate the installation, I try calling them back on Friday ,Saturday & Sunday couldn't get thru , I finally got thru on Monday, the girl I spoke to said that the charge had gone up to $ 19.50 a tire , that's not right, the store shouldn't increase the price to the customer after making the offer
