Servpro did my air duct cleaning on June 16, 2021. They left my ceiling vent hanging open, my electrical units were left turned off and they punctured *** in my air conditioning unit, which was not fixable, therefore, a new unit had to be ordered at my expense. The franchise in White Plains Maryland was made of aware of this situation. No help was provided. resolution. resolution. oluteluelpyNot to call Servpro User's recommendation: Do NOT CALL SERVPRO.
