After long time association with Airtel service provider for Seven years, I moved to DoCoMo assuming of better services, it’s a blunder I ever did in my life. My DoCoMo connection was activated on 4th FEB-2011. I’ve cleared my donor service provider’s bill, namely Airtel on 28 FEB-2011 bearing the bill no:34-[protected] In Airtel outlet, Cunningham road, Bangalore. On 2nd-MARCH-2011, my out-going services were barred for the reason: Not paying my Airtel bill. Spoke to customer care at 8:30 AM and given all the payment details of my previous bills and was promised to active my service by 12 noon. Service was not activated. Called customer care at 2 PM and followed up once again. At last my outgoing service was activated at 3 PM. Again on 9th-MARCH-2011, I started my day with all my services barred(Incoming & Outgoing). Called Customer care, once again and the same reason was repeated: services were barred for the reason not paying my Airtel bill. What is DoCoMo doing from not updating my details? Spoke to all the agents and Team-Leads from the customer care namely: Fazil, Archana, Nirmal, Arun, Nodal office guy named Suresh. All of them were good at giving reasons of Airtel disconnected my service, but when I spoke to Airtel Customer care: They’ve clearly updated and stated that there is no existing balance to be paid on this number and the customer had switched over to TATA DoCoMo. Complaint no : [protected] Date raised : 2/March/2011 Will you please let me know who is the culprit here? Who is being put into trouble? Who did the mistake? Who is suffering? It’s all ME who switched over from Airtel and joined DoCoMo.
