Services agents purposefully not processing documentation to avoid cancellation

Good day Last year, for about 4 months I had an issue getting my relationship manager at ADCB, Mr preevan Kumar to initiate the cancellation process of a policy. Once he finally assisted with the process, I sent through the required documents, all signed and via telephonic communication was informed that this process was resolved. It has come to my attention that the policy is still in force and had been deducted from my account for the last 4 months.When I attempt to communicate with the responsible agents via email, they insist of informal communication channels and attempt to insinuate that I am at fault. These representatives are not willing to own up to their mistakes nor correct the process of deducting funds from my account with out my approval I am disgusted by this level of service delivery This is not the first problem I am having I will be changing service providers ASAP
