The sales person was good until he was no longer there. The experience was good before the purchase. However, I felt like we were given the run around when it was time for us to get the rims, tires, and lift as it was included in our deal (after the purchase). We agreed upon a total out the door price based on 0% interest financing. However, the amount on our finance paperwork was about $300 more than the agreed total out the door price. We inquired as to why the $300 difference and was told that a little over $200 was doc stamp but the remaining amount was lost in the air and could not be explained. Not sure why we agreed on a total out the door price but then was charged an extra $300. A few weeks later, we received a refund check for the remaining amount ($300 over the agreed total out the door price minus the a little over $200 doc stamp). Again, it still does not explain why we agreed on a price but we were over charged but not informed of it.
