Service Technician failed to repair dishwasher leaving the residence and not properly documenting that the dishwasher was still not working when he left.

After waiting two weeks for an appointment on 5/18/2020 a technician was sent out to repair my dishwasher having a problem code of o3. Technician came out appearing annoyed with trying to figure out the problem. The technician Leonel stated he changed a part then advising me to turn off the electrical power to the Dishwasher and not to turn it on until the next day around 4pm. Before turning off the power I observed a new problem code of LE showing on the machine indicating that it was still a problem with the Dishwasher. The technician was clearly aware there was still a problem then leaving not addressing it. I turned on the breaker for power to the dishwasher finding it to still have the problem code of LE and the Dishwasher continuing to drain not being able to turn it off unless the breaker was shut off. Customer service was notified 5/19/2020 stating I will get a call back from management to discuss my complaint. As of today 5/20/2020 I have not heard from management. I called again today speaking to customer service representative Winsome who stated I will be getting a call from management. Customer Service is telling me that another technician can't come out until 5/29/2020 another week and half from now after I already waited two weeks for the initial appointment. This is unacceptable the service technician should have properly documented that he did not fix the dishwasher and ordered the necessary parts to properly fix the machine returning in a timely fashion the very next day or when the part was available if needed that didn't require me to have to make another appointment. As of 5/20/2020 I am still without a working Dishwasher or solution to a expedited service visit in response to the technician error.
