Can't get ahold of anybody that knows anything, that is if you can get through to actually talk to someone. Been locked out twice in the past week, and no one will ever answer the phone at the number they say to call. The other numbers are just general people that don't know what's going on, and are just for general questions. Also did the online verification and that did absolutely nothing either. After 10 months and millions wasted on this website, we are still in 1998. RIDICULOUS!!!!! User's recommendation: Good Luck.
