I recently visited the facility located in Westlake, Ohio. I was able to witness a customer asking to watch the finals of the Tour Championship (golf). He was told the TV could not be changed. Golf is a sport, and to ask for one TV to show a championship final round is not a lot to ask. Many of us would have appreciated it, however, it was treated as an unreasonable request. That customer left unhappy and I am also very unhappy with the service provided (or actually NOT provided). The TV's are there for the customers convenience and not for the servers convenience. This was not my actual problem, however, I felt the need to speak up and let someone know that customer service at Dave & Busters in Westlake Ohio needs some attention. Thank you for listening.
