Service rip off

My account was behind in payments, so I made a payment of 411.85 to bring my account current, After I made this payment my hot water tank went out and would not stay lit , nicor home solutions sent a company a Center Guard plumbing to my home for service, they told me I needed a replacement tank, and they presented me a service certificate that stated I would have to pay out of my pocket 910 $ to replace my water tank. I did not have that amount of money being on a fixed income, and just paying 410 $ to bring my warranty current, So I had to pay a private plumber to repair my existing tank. Next I developed a leak in my plumbing system which I contacted nicor home solutions to get a plumber to find this leak, and the representative told me that before they could send someone out I had to come up with 87.00 before they could send anyone out, now I have payed out over 600.00 and still have a leak in my plumbing somewhere, I feel I am being ripped off in the worst way! HELP I need
