Service request for a recently purchased Appliance – No show !!!
I called last week to PC Richard to schedule a service call for the Whirlpool Dryer I purchased under this invoice on 8-27-2019 - It suddenly started acting erratically - shutting down and giving me E3 & F3 error codes. I was assigned friday April 1 date for a service call and was assigned an outfit called " SUPERIOR APPLIANCE" I was told they would call me 30 min before they would come - Well I waiting there all day and never go a cal, or a service visit - I tried to contact Superior Appliance throughout the day and never got through - I even called PC Richard support and they tried to get through and could not - I have purchased a multitude of appliances & TVs from your company over the years and paid good money for these extended warranties - What good are they if when you need them you cannot get service ? I also researched customer reviews for Superior Appliance and the reviews were horrible - mostly they don't call or show up for appointments Why would PC Richard use a company with such a poor track record of servicing its clients - it only reflects poorly onPC Richard in the end Please have someone contact me to day and schedule a service visit with a reputable service company that can properly diagnose and fix my dryer Many thanks Robert Sayour User's recommendation: Maybe all these extended warranties need to be verified at point of sale and check who the technicians are before purchasing one.
