Service Repairs extremely Bad

I have been been out of service for 2 weeks with a Refrigrator I have 3 family on insulin and no Refrigration for 2 weeks I had a service call for today from 3p to 7p never showed I called customer service they said they were on their never showed this company is horrible User's recommendation: Do not recommend this place.
