Energy has no customer service, they have awful service in general. I have never experienced so many power outages due to nothing. They dont maintain tree limbs around lines, you can never speak to anyone as you will get cut off before that even happens. Theres no storm, no bad weather, yet again, no power. Id give negative stars if I could, ENTERGY SUCKS!! And sadly, I live where they are the only option. User's recommendation: Go to anyone else if you can.
