My wife had surgery on Jul 30, 2020. She was discharged on Aug 2, 2020. She has Medicare and TriCare for Life. The billing agency, MYDOCBILL sent us a statement saying we still own $428.67 for procedure 99232 on Aug 1, 2020. The EOBs from medicare and tricare for life do not show this procedure on that date. What information does her record show that might help me resolve this issue.
