There is no face to face contact in Perth Western Australia anymore. You ring the number and get some foreign person who either doesn't understand the English language properly or doesn't know the service and therefore don't offer any solutions. You ask to speak to a superior and they just give the run round and harp back on the inferior information the were trying to give you earlier. I want to leave Virgin and go to another provider, but I am not prepared to pay out the contract when it isn't being supplied to my satisfaction in the first place.
