I have attached a picture with your reference on it .. why is it still showing in process ? As i called you guys the other day and asked you to please deliver it on 14 feb before 5 pm and its nearly 3 pm.. could you find out what happening ? If not then cancel my order and refund my money and i will write a review on your site as well.. its nearly end of the valentines day and your order is still in process.. what a ridiculous service
