Service on Maytag Washing Machine

I purchased a Maytag Washing Machine from PC Richard in January Invoice #[protected]. Washer stopped agitating. Called for service in July. Had to wait two weeks. Service was performed on July 29. Washer has been fixed for exactly 8 days. Stopped agitating again. Called for service and now have to wait until August 17th. This is unacceptable to me. I expect service that's performed on a brand new machine to last more than 8 days and I expect to not have to wait to get someone here again. I'm a senior citizen and cannot take my laundry to the laundry mat. Having to go so long without a machine is not the service I have come to expect from PC Richards. Having a brand new machine break down so soon after purchase is not the quality I expect from Maytag either.
