I went into the Newington, CT PC Richards store and ordered a TV on 9/4/21. I had to wait until Friday, 9/10 to have it delivered. Delivery was seamless except that there was only one delivery driver. As part of my order, I had purchased Haul Away Service and they were suppose to take my old tv. With no fault from the delivery driver, he was unable to carry and haul away my tv as there was only one person and it was too heavy for him. The delivery driver and I both contacted the Newington CT store on the same day, 9/10, to notify them that he could not carry the tv. I never heard back so I went into the store that Friday night to schedule the pickup of my haul away that I already purchased. The person scheduled it for Tuesday, 9/14 and said his Saturday was already booked. So, here we are on 9/14 and no call or show. I called the store and they said they had me in for Saturday, 9/11. I told them then how come no one called on Saturday or even showed up. I was home all day. The person who answered the phone said I don't know. We don't have you in our schedule. I am so frustrated with the customer service and lack of anyone knowing what is going on in this store. I will never shop here again. At this point, I just need my tv picked up.
