service. my club card has someone else’s details attached. I don’t get most of my points. have asked the, to look into it to no avail

I contacted the clicks store complaints and got no joy. The woman that dealt with me was quite rude and very unmoved by my complaint. Needless to say nothing has been done to correct this. Yesterday I went to clicks pharmacy in Glenvista shopping centre and the pharmacist said is this your name to which I replied no and she said but that's the name attached to this cards little cash back although I have spent. This has gone on long enough. I get very little cash back although I have spent thousands there😡
