I have brought my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country van to be serviced cuz the light was on this is the second time I've dealt with the All American Dodge Chrysler Jeep in San Angelo Texas twice that had my vehicle over 2 months and this is the second time. They tell me that the part that they need was on backorder for a month which I kind of doubt but it's possible. When the part came in a month later they were going to get it in to get it put in and that's been over a week and a half ago. Winning today and they were just getting the vehicle in the station to get it fixed asked when it would be ready and again it was a time-consuming job. And that it's not their fault that the part was on backorder I heard that before. But that had the part for 2 weeks almost and just get it in today when it was said that they would have it done last week. The last time it was in for almost two months was when the transmission. The vehicle was on a lifetime warranty which they did honor for the transmission before but it took them two months to get do the job but several cars from them before but the service department sure does suck. I will never ever buy a car from that dealership or any Lithia dealership. The desk guy that was handling my vehicle seems extremely uncaring and rude that somebody would be out of a vehicle for almost two months and it's not a priority to get it out cuz they have other customers I don't know if they're priority or not but this should have been priority. So if you ever want to buy a car from Lithia group don't do it their service sucks big time dealt with this too many times. Go buy a car somewhere else.
