Hi, I bought a bag in your Regent St London on the 19th June for my daughter's birthday. her birthday is TODAY! She open the present, we found out the bag without strap. When I was trying the bag it was with the strap. the sale lady told me it was the last one in Black. I think when the lady Yu_Jung H packing it, might have left the strap out. This bag can't be use without strap. We are living in shanghai. Please help me to get a strap.
