We have had ongoing service interruptions since April 2019. Here it is almost end of July and service is still out more than it works. Trying to get a credit for no service is almost impossible. They only want to credit pennies for months of no service. I'm fed up with excuses and wasting my time trying to explain the outages every time I call. Get lots of run around and no resolution. Supervisors aren't available and customer service agents are worthless. I would give them no stars if it was an option.
