Service is horrible

I keep trying to cancel, I get confirmation that it's canceled and you CONTINUE to send me my canceled order and CONTINUE to bill me. No phone number to call without jumping through hoops. This is ridiculous and you guys are being ridiculous!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
