Their 1 800 number is a joke. Overall the local Brandon gym is pretty decent, however I purchased the ultimate pass because I was told one of the benefits was that I could access gyms in the States. The first time I tried to use this feature, the 24 hour fitness was unaware of this partnership and I was given a week first time guest pass, the remaining week I had to use the hotel gym. When dealing with the customer service line regarding this issue, I was told there was nothing they could do about it and was given some bs about this feature not being part of my membership but an "accessory". Then i emailed a complaint to member services and got more bs regurgitating this. It's almost as if their service department is there to service themselves and not the members of their club! Why am I paying for the ultimate pass when the first time I try to use it I'm denied??
