Called early yesterday morning after placing order online to change! Spoke with agent who Said the order was updated! I asked for email confirmation. Yesterday evening, not having received email, called. Girl was not savvy; asked for manager. Manager tells me order Not Taken, panty Not Even In Stock!! WHAT ??? This company is losing Good Business with their incompetent, staff, uneducated and dishonest with customer. The pity is I love their panties! Oh well, not the only panty maker in this USA! The owner of this company should be made aware of their inept staff and management. TriStar...wake up!
