Service Department-Worst I have ever dealt with

If you need something done, your are going to have to show up there in person EVERY time because they don't answer the phone or return calls. They gentlemen helping us, Scott, is extremely rude. They did faulty warranty work. They have lost my warranty papers 4 times. They tried to get a bunch of work in before the warranty expired, but screwed things up even more. Then denied that they did the work, then deciding that their work was good and something must have happened. Yeah, my wife got under the car and loosened the arms they installed. It's one thing after another with them and I will never buy a Volkswagon again because of them, and them only. This has been the norm over the 4 or 5 times we have dealt with them. I feel so strongly about it, I will make sure I am as public as possible about the disgusting level of service in their service department. They don't disguise the fact that they are misleading and making sure they make their buck. It's blatant and in your face. At least make me feel good about getting screwed over, come on!
