Service department put out wiring parts in my car

I have been having an issue with my 2007 Nissan Versa for some time... There is a clunk in the front end Only when it is raining or wet outside and i step on my brakes. I have taken it in a few times but the service was unable to find the problem.. They said the next time it happened to bring it in and they would have one of their mechanics come with me to see if he could figure out what it was..... So the next time it happened i called and they had a mechanic cone with me for a drive, and we hadnt even got out of the parking lot when the mechanic said it was my Struts...I told him it only made the noise while i was stepping in the brake and i could feel the clunk while i was stepping on the break but he reassured me that it was definitely the STRUTS. So i made an appointment to have it changed out.. i received a call from service and was told that BOTH sides need to be replaced in order for warranty to civer the parts... I paid the bill ( just short of $1500.00) and went home... When i drove my car 2 days later i was shocked to hear and feel that same clunk. I called the service department and left a message for (Brad the service manager to call me the following monday). Monfay i tried again to call Brad, I 2 left a message and NEVER got a call back... I called the credit card company to have the payment stopped. But NISSAN showed them that i had signed for my visit....and the charges were out back on my card.... I called Nissan again last week and spoke to Mike one of the sales manager... again i was ignored so today i called again i eventually got a call from the owner. He told me that it is the same as going to the doctor and they give you a medicine that May or May Not work.....and that it can sometime take many different medication before they get the one that works...... The owner said i could bring my car in again and they would only charge me the retail price of any parts and minimal shop time to see if they can correct this issue. I would NOT suggest anyone go the Nissan Red Deer for any service needs...
