The machines that are used to cut the fresh meat and cheese are not being clean prior and or after it's been used. I could see the build-up and residue not only on the base but also the blade. Not to mention the blood from the roast beef dripping from the base onto the counter top. And for the employee to start cutting my order of meat with out wiping the machine down it's not only unacceptable but a danger and/or Hazard to my health and also my families. Cross-contamination! It's my personal opinion that this practice is not sanitary.
