Service declining

We use to love Marriott Vacation Club. But the level of service is declining. We just spent 5 days/4 nights at the Marriott Crystal Shores on Marco Island. Each of the guests/friends or family, in our party had to register a credit card. The first night our friends wanted to treat us to dinner, at one of the property resorts and they charged Other items at the resort as well. However, our credit card was the only one that had everyone’s charges on it. How lazy is the front desk staff now? A real hassle to check out after we found this error. It seems like you get less foryour money these days with Marriott.
