Service contract cancellation and no response from kitchenaid

Canceled contract on march 6 20212 cancellation # [protected]. Was told a refund would be given within 30 days. Have not received the refund and the telephone number for customer service put me o n hold and after 5 hours no one ever answers. I have caal 27 times with noi contact.
