Service call follow up

The stove never work from the beginning but Covid-19 hit when the call said service people was not working. I call for service GE person came out he was great, he ordered the parts. They came late, so they rescheduled that day person call then said be there in an hour okay. Waited for him, he never came was told I was not home they reschedule the next day he never came told that they didn't have a person to come out. Then I call back, and I was told that A GE person was going to come out In December never received a text now on the phone for an hour and still no luck. User's recommendation: If the application don't work send it right back.
