RIGHT WINDOW MAKE SCRATCH MARKS WHEN OPEN PROBLEMS WITH THE STARTING) THE DEALER CANNOT SHORT THE PROBLEMS OUT SO I REPORT IT TO DAWID MOKWENA AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY CHANGE TO A ATHER AGENT AND THEN THEY CAN SHORT IT OUT AFTER 2MONTH WAITING THE DEALER ONLY REPAIR ME THE SPEEDO CRUIS AND SAID THEY KNOW NOTHING OF THE REST THEY MUST ALSO DO ME A 10000KM SERVICE THE AFTERNOON WHEN I COLLECT MY CAR THE SERVICE WAS NOT DUN AFTER I ASK HIM OR THEY STAMP MY SERVICE BOOK THEN THEY TOLD ME YOU NOT BUY FROM US SO THERE IS NO SERVICE PLAN AFTER A LONG FIGHT WITH KITSO AND DAWID THEY SERVICE IT BUT THEY TOLD ME NOT AGAIN DAWID TOLD ME HE WILL SHORY IT OUT FOR ME AND LATER HE TOLD ME BOTSWANA IS A FOREIGN COUNTRY NOT GET ANY SERVICE PLANS A DAWID TEL ME SOME BODY WILL CALL ME SO HE CALL AND TOLD ME SORRY CAN'T HELP YOU EVEN THE OLD DEALER TOLD ME HE NOT GIVE ME A SERVICE PLAN BUT HIS SALES PERSON (ANTHONY) proof it that all scorpions come with a service plan and that we agree the car have a service plan. And even up to now nothing of the problems with the car is sorted out the wheel arch is tide with cable ties Also Anthony Finance maneger proof that we agreeon a sevice plan and they was even explain to me how to service it Now my car have 30000km on need to be service if i call mahindra botswana nobody answer my calls and Dawid had block me so that i cant call him I am so disappointed in the staff of mahindra i even send him a message to come and take the car back and paid my mony back But i not the only custommer that have problems with that customers wait 3 months to only repair the wheelhubs. That is no time that something must urgently done with this corrupt staff i never see so much laziness in people So no i lpst my service plan i will not paid N$4500 for a servic and all my cost to take it to Namibia This car get only 3 or 4 sercices so mahindra is so corrupt to not paid+/-N$20000 fot his custommer it is better that he spread the poor service in all news papers facebook Instagram So i hope there will be a investigation about this matter and there is some one that will call me back and inform me what will happen or when thhey come and take the car back No body feel nothing they get there mony so the customer can sort his own nonsens out Hope to here quickly from you CORNELUIS OPPERMAN 00267 ******** User's recommendation: Please dont buy mahindra.
