I have had a transit custom tourneo in at a dealership in manchester, since it was there I was told there was a few faults for warranty repair, it has been there 6 weeks they came up with a new excuse every week. I asked for a curtesy car but I was again given more excuses why I couldn't have one. Today I finally get it back after the six weeks, it was filthy oily marks all over the car. I will never use a Ford dealership again after this experience.
