I am a retired senior.. I had called firestone in rogers, ar.. I asked them how long it would take to balance and rotate my tires.. Was told and hour.. They are located in an area where I could walk to shopping.. So told them an hour was not a problem.. Two and a half hours later.. I finally got my vehicle.. I am disgusted.. And I will never go there again
