Service and price increase

I have fibre optic internet 1.5gp with them and I swear my internet is slower than the speeds I'm supposed to get, they increased my bill even though I didn't have it for a year yet and especially during this pandemic is the worst. Bell customer service doesn't help with any of my problems I've been waiting for the manager of the customer service to still return my call for a problem I had with them. The prices bell is pushing on its customers is insanely high it's a robbery. They also don't value they're existing customers whatsoever User's recommendation: Stay away from bell.
