Service and delivery

I have tried ordering the food city of walipillawa for 4 days however their not picking up the phone. However after trying for some days I contacted them and they said come to the food city and place the order. Now it has been 4 days and I got a call on saturday saying we are not delivering on sunday. Yesterday we got a call and said they will deliver today morning, yet this has not been done.
