Service and customer support issue

Hey there, I have done multiple complaints but that automatically mention as resolved, without visiting or without any callback. I am very disappointed with this, I am getting speed between 2 to 5 Mbps only.Due to this I was not using your service from 14 june to 23 june due to less speed. No one is ready to take responsibility of these kinds of issues. Customer care executives generally cut the call in between conversations. In this competitive environment, you are not taking care of your customer.
