Service during the sale was okay, as long as you've bought a car before and are okay with extremely high pressure sales tactics. Once we got through that part and they had our money, Isabella is extremely hard to work with. She doesn't listen and has very little understanding of the phrase "I'd be happy to do that for you". To get her to do anything is a struggle. We had our new sofa delivered. Two days later we noticed a small tear in the leather. Absolutely caused during shipping, but unfortunately we didn't notice it when we received it. I emailed Isabella to tell her of the problem. Her reply was "Wow, so sad. You can buy some dark 'acrilic' (I think she meant acrylic) paint and paint over it". What's "so sad" is her disinterest in taking care of the customer. Really, her solution is paint on our new $10,000 sofa. Interesting! We've bought our last item in this store.
