Service after the sale is pathetic!

I was reluctant to buy a lift chair from Spinlife because it is an online purchase instead of local.I was afraid that the service after the sale would be subpar and my concerns became real when the back of my chair tore up with less than 2mos.of service. Now my chair has been sitting in my livingroom operable and in pieces for going on 2 1/2 mos. Whenever I call customer service they always tell me they will have the repair company Pride Mobility contact me and When they do I hear one excuse after another. They came out twice the 1st time to see what the problem was and the 2nd time the part didn't fit. Several weeks have passed and I havent heard anything.I contacted Spinlife to talk to a manager and they said one would contact me in two days,that was weeks ago. I am dependent on my husband to help me out and in my chair since my lift chair is broken.He has to come home from work to help me. I am going to have to buy another lift chair because he is missing so much work and this puts a hardship on us .I am so saddened that Spinlife has not done the right thing.I will be buying locally from now on so that I can talk face to face in the future . Please do not trust Spinlife to have service after the sale. If you buy a chair with a defect ,there is a good chance they will not stand behind their word and make it right.
