I ordered an item of clothing (which equated to over $400) via a great company called black halo. Once I got to payment screen, I was automatically directed to 'international checkout' which I thought was a legit payment service. No confirmation received, over $400 debited from my account and they refuse to answer the call or emails. There are over 50 reviews online of them scamming people and not delivering the goods or refunding the money. Can you please advise how they are able to do this and how I need to go about getting my money back? This is alot of money for me and I cannot afford to not have this refunded?
