If The Buckle shipping dept makes a mistake and sends you the wrong items, do not expect that they will send the correct order to you without receiving those items back and verifying who your order was sent to. Also expect that it will take several days to set up the return via email because they are very slow in response. Customer Service set up a FedEx pickup 4 days after I reported receiving the wrong items and assured me that the items I ordered would be expedited when they receive word that the wrong items they sent were picked up for return. Unfortunately, my items were out of stock by that time and could not be ordered. Customer service is an absolute joke. All I received in return was wasted time. User's recommendation: Do not trust customer service. They do not care about the customer.
