I purchased a dress for 138.00. It is the wrong dress and they will not refund my money. They offered me 40.00. I have gone back and forth with the company several times. I even sent them a picture of dress they sent me and dress I ordered. They now say I can pay for return shipping but will only get 90.00 back because they want to charge for the free shipping they offered with purchase of dress. There is no where in website stating this. What company offers free shipping then charges you it to return it. I said I would pay for return shipping but not an additional shipping cost to me that was free. Many complaints have been filed on this company, Tbdress. I wish I read them before purchase. DO NOT buy anything from there! I am asking for a complete refund on the wrong dress they sent me and they will not give it to me. K.
