Sent the wrong W-2

File Late sent me the wrong W-2 and expected me to pay for THERE mistake. Furthermore, the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. Moreover, after the original order was placed, File Late sent a completely ambiguous confirmation email - simply stating that an order had been placed, nothing order specific. I do a lot of business on-line and I have to say that this is the 1st time I have placed an order and received a confirmation notice that was so totally vague. It is beyond flawed business. I will never use there services again.
