Sent the wrong case and will not replace with the correct case.

I ordered a case for an IPhone XR and received a XS case. I’ve contacted the company 15 times. They said one time that the case was back ordered. So I checked Case Boss website and found that I could order a XR case. After I emailed the Company again they said my case was on its way. I emailed Kristo, from Customer Service. I was told a replacement was requested on Apr 4 2019. It has been 3 months and I still don’t have the correct case. I have not heard anything else from them since the first of May.
